Welcome to Farper Training Academy. By accessing this website or enrolling in any of our certification programs, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The services are provided by Farper Training Academy LLC, located at 4700 N Congress Ave, #305, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407, United States.
2. Educational Services
Farper Training Academy provides professional healthcare training and certification programs for educational purposes. Our credentials validate professional competency and are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Our programs and credentials:
- do not constitute a state or federal professional license
- do not replace licensing or registration requirements of any employer or state
- do not guarantee employment, salary levels, or specific career outcomes
It is the student's responsibility to verify the requirements of their employer or state board before enrolling.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Program tuition is listed in U.S. dollars and charged as a one-time payment through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. We do not see or store card details. After payment you receive a receipt by email from Stripe, and our enrollment team contacts you with onboarding and program access instructions. Enrollment is personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your enrollment, contact us at farperofficial@gmail.com with your receipt and enrollment details. Requests are reviewed individually, taking into account program start and materials already delivered. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Florida consumer protection law.
5. Student Responsibilities
By enrolling, the student declares that they:
- are over 18 years of age (or enroll with consent of a legal guardian)
- provide accurate personal and contact information
- complete program requirements, including examinations where applicable
- use program materials for personal study only
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials, curricula, content, design, and branding are the property of Farper Training Academy LLC or of third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, resale, or distribution of program materials without written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Farper Training Academy is not responsible for outcomes that depend on factors beyond our control, including individual performance in third-party examinations, employer hiring decisions, or changes in state or federal requirements. Educational results vary with each student's dedication and prior experience.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
